Privacy Policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
This policy explains what information Spillover collects when you visit our website, book a call or run a campaign with us, and how we use it.
01Information we collect
Details you give us directly, such as your name, work email, company and campaign brief when you book a call or email us.
Basic usage data from our website, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
02How we use it
To reply to enquiries, plan and run campaigns, send reports and invoices, and improve our website.
We do not sell your personal information.
03Campaign and creator data
When a campaign runs, we report on views, engagement and spend. Creators in our network share performance data with us under their own agreements. Brand reports contain aggregated results, not creators' private information.
04Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, analytics, email and payments), and when the law requires it. Each provider may only use it to provide its service to us.
05Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and optional analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
06Retention and security
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and protect it with reasonable technical and organisational measures.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, or to object to how we use it. Email hello@spillover.co and we will respond within 30 days.
08Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions: hello@spillover.co.
